Nidhi Jain is the Founder and CEO of KareXpert Technologies,a pioneering force in India's digital healthcare transformation. An alumna of IIT Roorkee, Nidhi brings over 25+ years of expertise in software product development and product management with Deep Tech innovation startups across Silicon Valley and India. With 22+ healthcare professionals in her family, Nidhi has a deeply rooted understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. Before founding KareXpert, she conducted an extensive gap analysis across 30+ hospitals, uncovering a startling reality: hospital software systems were either inefficient or unusable, leaving healthcare professionals struggling with outdated and siloed technology.
Determined to solve this challenge at scale, Nidhi launched KareXpert with a bold vision—to build a mobile-first, microservices-based Unified Digital Healthcare Platform that deliver high availability, seamless operational and clinical workflows using pre-integrated solutions tailored for hospitals. Pitching this vision to Shree Mukesh Ambani and his leadership in 2018, proud to get funded in 2018. After funding, KareXpert team has been formed along with seasoned leadership team. We are live since 2021 and helping healthcare providers in their digital transformation journey.
The platform has earned recognition from leading organizations including NASSCOM, Google, AWS, and has been featured in Medium, THE ORG, Analytics Insight, and The Times of India.

Anuj Jain is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of KareXpert Technologies, where he drives the company’s strategic vision and leads the development of cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions. With over 30 years of experience in delivering large-scale, deep-tech telecom projects, Anuj brings unmatched expertise in building digital infrastructure that transforms lives.
Before founding KareXpert, Anuj held pivotal leadership roles at Reliance Jio, serving as President of the 4G JioFiber Business and leading Pan-India Network Planning. He was among the first few leaders to join Reliance Jio in 2009, playing a key role in realizing Shri Mukesh Ambani’s vision of data democratization for India. His earlier stints at Airtel and Fujitsu, USA, further solidified his reputation as a technology leader with a global perspective.
Anuj is a firm believer in the power of digital platforms to touch and transform a billion lives. At KareXpert, he is channelling this belief into action by spearheading the mission to Digitally transform 10,000 hospitals by FY2030, making healthcare smarter, faster, and universally accessible.

Anil Kumar Dwivedi serves as the Vice President – Program Management at KareXpert Technologies. With 30 years of experience in Business Excellence and large-scale project delivery, he has held leadership roles at HCL, Bharti Airtel, and Sterlite Technologies, and has been a transformation agent across his career. At KareXpert, he is responsible for strengthening program governance and driving the execution of strategic initiatives as the company scales its digital healthcare platform.

Mr K.K. Singh is the director for India Business at KareXpert Technologies. He holds a bachelor's and masters in computer science from the University of Allahabad, as well as MBA in Information Technology. Prior to KareXpert he held leading positions at Nayati Healthcare & Fortis Group of Hospital. Working directly with the Hospitals, he acknowledged the deficiency of the legacy systems in the market and joined KareXpert with the mission to Transform Digital Healthcare Industry.
In KareXpert, he has played many different roles in from product management, project delivery to heading India business. KK Singh has played a pivotal role in addressing challenges faced by hospitals in managing siloed and distributed IT systems.

He joined KareXpert with the vision to build a digital healthcare system which just works. He specializes in HIS-EMR implementation, digital transformation, and team leadership.
His expertise includes Healthcare Information Systems (HIMS), Billing, ERP management, business workflow requirements to streamline Hospital operation, clinical, financial and administrative workflows.
